Meet & Greet

We love to meet people starting the renovation or home building process so we offer an initial meet & greet. We begin by listening to you and learning what you want to achieve  with your home.  We share a little bit more about us, and how we help clients make their project a reality.

Concept Planning

Next, we measure the house and start getting creative! We come up with a concept plan, blending your needs and our expertise. You know what you want and we make the vision happen.

Detailed Planning

This is the most important step in your whole remodel or building process. Taking time to work through all the design details is worth it.  Our clients have fewer spec changes and a smoother construction phase because all our construction documents and design details clearly communicate all facets of the project.
