After graduating with a degree in architecture Samantha met Pete who had recently started JP&CO. Pete had a drive for excellence he was working to bring to every facet of the remodeling and construction process. Samantha loved giving clients a vision for what their home could become and how to make it happen. Together they built a thriving company, loyal team and long list of clients who Love Coming Home. Today, Samantha has taken over as the Principal Designer and Owner. She is excited to build on the mission of JP&CO with a collection of new projects currently underway.
She is the principal designer & owner of Oak & Arrow Homes. With a degree in architecture, she takes a unique approach to design. She creates spaces that are casually sophisticated, timeless in design, where you and your family live comfortably. She is deeply committed to a creative approach, giving you highly functional spaces with an aesthetic appeal for everyday living.
Pete brings a tremendous amount of innovation and creativity to the process of home building. His enthusiasm and involvement in every stage of construction ensure the highest quality in every aspect of our homes.
