There’s always a certain energy that comes with opening the doors to a finished home—but this year’s Remodelers Showcase by Parade of Homes felt especially meaningful.
Over the course of the weekend, we welcomed nearly 400 people through the home. Each conversation, each reaction, and each quiet moment of someone taking it all in reminded us why we do what we do.
And yes…275 cookies later, it’s safe to say the experience was just as enjoyed as it was explored.
What stood out most wasn’t just the number of people who walked through, but how deeply they connected with the space.

The wallpaper quickly became a favorite talking point. It added personality in all the right places. Unexpected, layered, and thoughtfully integrated. It was one of those elements that people didn’t just notice, they remembered.

The arches throughout the home were another highlight. Softening transitions and adding architectural character, they created a sense of flow that felt both elevated and approachable. Many guests paused at each one, appreciating the subtle detail and craftsmanship behind something that can so easily be overlooked.
And then there was the 4-season porch—undeniably an attention grabber. It became a natural gathering point, drawing people in with its warmth and versatility. It’s the kind of space that invites you to slow down, settle in, and imagine life unfolding there year-round.

More than anything, people responded to the intentionality behind every decision. The careful attention to detail, the balance of beauty and function, and the way each space was designed to truly support everyday living didn’t go unnoticed.
One of the most exciting takeaways?
We had a tremendous number of guests schedule consultation calls, a clear sign that this home didn’t just inspire, it resonated.

As we look ahead, we’re incredibly grateful. Grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the opportunity to continue creating homes for families who value thoughtful design as much as we do.
We’re stepping into this next season energized and inspired, ready for a year filled with new projects, fresh ideas, and wonderful families to partner with.If you walked through the home, thank you for being part of it.
And if you’re just beginning to think about your own space, we’d love to start that conversation.
